Is there a way to check my application status online?
Yes! You may visit https://mwsu.edu/admissions/applicationstatus and follow the instructions to check the status of your application.
What happens after I’ve been admitted to MSU?
Once you are admitted to MSU, there are a few things you need to do in order to help your transition stay smooth:
- Please apply to your selected college/program.
- Contact your academic advisor in your major so that you will know what classes to take this semester.
- Take the online distance education orientation, which is required before enrolling in classes. It can be found at here.
- If you are age 21 or younger, you will also be required to submit meningitis vaccination documentation. You may submit the shot record to Magnus Health customer service at email@example.com or via phone at 877-461-6831.
How long does it take to receive an admission decision?
Once your file is complete with all necessary transcripts and your application fee has been paid, admissions will have a decision for you within 7-10 business days.
